Everyone Is Welcome.
Whether you're the son or daughter of a Vietnam veteran, another family member, a Vietnam veteran, or simply someone who believes their service should never be forgotten, there's a place for you in SDVW.
By becoming a member, you're helping preserve the stories, sacrifices, and legacy of the Vietnam generation for future generations.
For purposes of our organization, Vietnam War Veterans are defined as Veterans who have been awarded the Vietnam Service Ribbon (above)
Annual Membership
Only $25
Membership Levels:

Lineal: If your parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, or other direct/adoptive ancestor served as a qualifying Vietnam veteran, this membership is for you.
A qualifying Vietnam veteran meets one of the following:

Prior to issuance of the Vietnam Service Ribbon award in November 1965, recipients of the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal from 1956 to 1965, with evidence of service in Vietnam

Name on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Service in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, or Thailand during the period of 1955 to 1973.

(We accept service advisors that arrived before the official start of the war.)

Collateral: If your qualifying Vietnam veteran is your brother, sister, aunt, uncle, or cousin, choose this level.

Friends: If you simply believe the Vietnam generation deserves to be remembered, you can become a Friend Member..
